Cowboys Are Looking Good

I watched the North Queensland Cowboys, and Broncos game last weekend, and was very impressed with both teams’ performances. The Matty Bowen try in that game was amazing. This guy is physically not your average NRL tank/machine. He is tiny at 175 cms, however, in terms of ability, when he plays, he leaves the rest for dead.

I really wish I had legal access to that particular film clip of that try, and could have it uploaded, here to show you what this guy can do.

According to the official NRL rankings, as of today on their website the Cowboys are sitting 4th on the ladder, with the Brisbane Broncos, in 5th place. It will be very interesting to see how the Broncos fare from here on in, as they have lost their chief playmaker and leader for the season, Darren Lockyer.

Can’t wait to see the Cowboys, play my other Sydney team Souths, on Channel 9 on Sunday. Should Be Bloody Awesome!

   What public channel in Australia airs cowboys games? It would be interesting to know what the legal implications are for posting NRL games to youtube…?

   Hey Shannon,

   How’s things. The cowboys can be seen on channel 9. When, they have a Scheduled for TV game. Which could fall on either a Friday night or sunday arvi. When writing this article, I pondered such thoughts. May write them a short note, to ascertain, what their position is.

   Although there was some litigation earlier a month or two back regarding this very matter. Cannot for the life of me remember the outcome.

   Methinks some sort of negotiated settlement, although thats a wild guess!!!
