John Watkins AKA MR NEVER DELIVER is not premier material in NSW FULL STOP

Yes You heard right, John Watkins of transport minister T-Card debacle fame, railway debacle fame, is not Premiership material, and should never be considered, not for one nanosecond.. Dodgypress and his mates have seen way too news conferences with this Incompetent minister promising this and promising that, and nothing has actually eventuated. He has stood many a time toe to toe with Iemma, and Costa, on way too many televised media conferences to be nothing but an outright lead weight.

The labor party would be stupid, to also persist with Costa’s pipe dream of electricity privatisation. Any new administration would have to come in with a new broom and bring fresh authentic community centred policies, and start work on rebuilding the damage that was done at the conference, earlier this year. Whether the hierarchy of the labor party believe in true democracy is neither here nor there, WHAT however is important is restoring the facade of participatory democracy. That is of a parliamentary wing of any party being seen, to publicly listening to the will of its grass roots, and jettisoning any policies that have no real merit.

The final ingredient for electoral success, would be to publicly retire Costa, Tripodi, Watkins, Reba Meagher, and Eddie back door Obeid. Only when this backroom operators are gone would the voting public feel that, a new start has begin.

Dodgypress’s, personal choice would be Carmel Tebbutt.She has thus far, not been associated with any of the scandal tainted back room operators and would be palatable to the voting populace. Her presence would have a Rudd like effect on what is seen as a stodgy, corruption ridden, labor party.The really need a totally new direction. And you know what, this new direction still may not get them up at the next election. After johnny was unceremoniously turfed out last year(YEAH) the voting electorate has learnt that, they now have the ability to kick any stupid fool of an arrogant politician out the door. I mean at least johnny had some things going for him (solid economic stewardship) what does this lot have???

All in all, the next election is going to be very exciting, for I think the greens in NSW, should have learnt by now, never to trust labor on anything environment. One could only imagine what would happen, if they started giving all their preferences to the liberal party. Now would that make for some interesting election result.
