SHORT BITS: NEWS FLASH: Could RUDD Be A DUD!!! Wayne’s World Maybe????

Hey There, Just had a really quick thought, that I wanted to share with the world! Was watching the 7:30 Report, earlier this evening when, the political reporter, Michael Brissenden, was going over Kevin Rudd’s, poor performance on a recent radio show. Read it here

Anyway, was watching Rudd, attempting rather vainly to retrieve the situation, via TV interviews, sometime after the incident.

He (Kevin Rudd) was, speaking to the reporters, and when all of a sudden, I mentally and physically cringed. Why you ask? Well, it all dawned on me that, maybe if you ain’t got it, you ain’t got it.

In other words, Kevin Rudd seems to lack the common touch! He comes across in his voice, as a toff! More a Boss, then a worker! Could be his way too polished clipped tones. Can’t quite articulate it. Sorry!!! It’s more of an intuitive gut feel.

And maybe just maybe Wayne Swan, could be the best person for the job. He comes across, as less polished, not necessarily less articulate, just more relatable. Workers listen to the guy talk, and can both understand and relate.
