Patricia Forsythe and her mates from the The Sydney Chamber of Commerce, having lost their proxy political battle with the voters over their Electricity Privatisation wet dream, are now applying even more pressure to The new Premier of New South Wales, Nathan Rees, by spinning the Myth of the maintenance of the magical AAA rating.

No One Anywhere has actually articulated the real need for this So called triple A rating. What is its relevance to the common man? How will it actually affect my mortgage payments? Will the trains start running on time? Will the Buses suddenly Turn up on schedule also? Will council workers suddenly stop bludging? I mean what is the millions of dollar figure bandied about, compared to the cost of the 2 billion plus desalination plant. How does the millions of dollars figure, rate to the actual savings we will make by ditching the 12 billion dollar northwest metro line.

Where did this actual figure come from? Was it plucked out of thin air. Has it been verified.

It seems to me that Not satisfied with lust for just electricity privatisation, they (Sydney Chamber of Commerce) now want to go even further. But Ms Forsythe says larger measures are needed, including privatising a whole raft of State Government assets.”The Government needs to examine what services it performs that could be better performed by the private sector,” she said.

“One needs to look at areas such as Sydney Ferries, prisons, waste management, forests, lotteries. There is an extensive list.”

Yep They are Now going for broke!

Their Love Child Michael Costa, was the only living politician stupid enough to attempt implementing their fatal wish list. And indeed there would have been, many a tear shed, in board rooms around the state, when he and his offsider the Dilemma, were booted out.

Here we are with Patricia Forsythe and her mates from the Sydney Chamber of Commerce, attempting to sabotage or rather saddle the new Premier with Political Suicide, before he even starts. They would like him to Implement yet more privatisation, after the voters, have stated very publicly that the concept is not palatable.

Perhaps Patricia can take Barry’s place at the next election, on a AAA Ratings ticket.

Now I would pay for tickets just to see that.
